We say the "Shehechiyanu" blessing by candle lighting and in kiddush both nights.
RULES AND ORDERS FOR PRAYERS FOR SHAVUOT:
1. If one is awake all night, one should time his/her Amidah with sunrise, which is 5:40am Friday morning
2. Include the insertions for Shavuot in the Amidah
3. Shacharit, Mincha and Arvit Amidah for Shavuot is on page 660. On Shabbat, include insertions for Shabbat as well.
4. We say full Hallel on page 632
5. We say "Ka Kayli" on page 672 on first day before Mussaf. On Shabbat, include insertions for Shabbat as well.
6. Mussaf Amidah for Shavuot is on page 674. On Shabbat, include insertions for Shabbat as well.
7. One may say Yizkor when praying alone on second day Shavuot (Shabbat) on page 810.
8. On Friday night, for Kabbalat Shabbat, say only pages 320-322.
9. We do not say "Tzidkascha" on Shabbat Mincha.
SPECIFIC RULES FOR PRAYING ALONE AFTER IF ONE WAS AWAKE ALL NIGHT:
1. One should use the restroom before saying the blessings of "Al Netilat Yadayim" and "Asher Yatzar", page 14, in the morning.
2. One should omit the blessing of "La'asok Bidivrei Torah and "Asher Bachar Banu", the first 2 blessings on page 16 in the morning blessings and have in mind to fullfil their recitation in the blessing right before the Shema, "Ahava Rabba" on bottm of page 412-top of page 414.
3. One should omit the blessing of "Elokai Neshama, page 16, in the morning blessings and have in mind to fullfil its recitation in the second blessing of the private Amidah service, page 660.
4. One should omit the blessing of "Hamaavir Sheyna Mayafapay", middle of page 20, in the morning blessings.
